How fast will it arrive?
Orders ship free within the US and typically arrive in 3 to 6 business days. You'll get tracking by email the moment it leaves us. If you're ordering for a specific date, order at least a week ahead to be safe.
Is the message card included, or extra?
Included, always. Every piece comes with its matching printed keepsake card at no extra cost. The exact wording is shown on each product page so you know what she'll read.
What is the jewelry actually made of?
Our pieces are finished in 14k white gold or 18k yellow gold over a durable base, set with cubic zirconia stones. They're tarnish-resistant and built for everyday wear. Full material details are listed on every product page.
Do I need to wrap it myself?
No. Every order arrives in a gift box with the card already inside. You can choose the standard box or upgrade to the mahogany-style luxury box with an LED light at checkout.
What if she doesn't like it?
You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn piece for a full refund. Reach out and we'll send you a return label. No arguing, no restocking fee.
